✶ GENERAL TERMS ✶
Before commissioning me, please be aware that my art has nothing to do with DRAWING! I would appreciate it if you remember this when making a commission request.
I have the right to decline/cancel or refund any commissions for any reason.
✶ PAYMENT ✶
Payment is expected only via Payoneer in USD or EUR

Commissions can be paid either in full or split 50% upfront.
Payment is expected (full upfront or split 50% upfront) after the sample work is approved by you. I will not continue the progress until the payment is sent. Before ı sent the final file, you will pay me the remaining 50% of the full payment + additionals if there are.
If payment is not made within 24 hours, I'm not gonna continue/send your commission and your slot will be given to someone else.
Do let me know if you want the commission to be finished by a certain deadline. rush deadline will be charged extra.
No refunds if you cancel the commission after ı started.Refunds only apply if ı cancel the commission.
Prices may change in the future or due to high demand.
These prices are for art that is intended for personal use.
Commercial-type commissions rate will increase depending on the scale of the project.
What Counts As Commercial Use?
-Promotional materials
-Merch designs
-Poster/album cover art designs
-Artwork made for shops or any businesses
✶ PROCESS AND DELIVERY ✶
Commissions are usually finished in 1-5 days per slot depending on factors such as type of commission, queue line, health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, etc.
I will send a sample artwork of your commission before the payment (this happens when ı can't be sure if ı will be able to fulfill what the commissioner expects because of my art style).
I will update you occasionally about the process, feedback is very welcomed at these stages.
The finished artwork will be sent for final review, you can give one or two last pieces of feedback on little things. NO MAJOR CHANGES! NO CANCELATION!
After everything is approved (and you paid me the remaining 50% of the full payment + additionals if there are any),the final product will be sent to your e-mail.
✶ COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY ✶
As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
Post on social media with credit!
Using for pfp/header with credit!
Print for personal use with my visible signature
Wallpaper use
Tracing,only for private use/study with clear credit of ıt wıll be posted online
As the artist, ı am allowed to:
Decline/cancel or refund any commissions for any reason.
Use the art for professional portfolio and/or online promotion.
Post on my social media accounts (with a clarification that it’s a commission! Please let me know if you don't want it to be posted).
do not claim any of commissioned artworks as your own!do not edıt the fınıshed artwork or postıng ıt onlıne by removıng my sıgnature/logo!Commissioner may NOT reproduce or distribute the artwork commercially before discussing it with the artist. You may NOT profit off of it without a discussion!
